Owner and Founder Arlene Baghjajian is a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with over 17 years of experience working with Individuals with various disabilities and their families. She founded A2Z Behavioral Interventions & Services with the desire to enhance the quality of life of children regardless of their disabilities. Her ultimate mission is to provide ABA services in an ethical and fun way to help each child reach their full potential.
By using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (science of learning and behavior), Arlene specializes in developing and implementing intensive behavior intervention plans, designing individualized programs that focus on improving communication, social, cognitive, adaptive and self-help skills. Her training and expertise in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) include Discrete Trial Teaching, Pivotal Response Training, Natural Environment teaching, and Positive Behavior Support Strategies. Arlene has worked in a variety of settings including homes, schools, and community settings, conducting Functional behavioral Assessments as well as developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Additionally, Arlene works directly with schools providing training to teachers, Conducting classroom observations, attending IEP meetings, and creating Positive Behavior Support plans for classrooms and individual student needs.
