Driven by a passion to enhance the quality of life for children, Arlene founded A2Z Behavioral Interventions & Services with a clear mission: to deliver ethical and engaging ABA services that empower each child to reach their fullest potential.
Utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—the science of learning and behavior—Arlene excels in crafting and implementing comprehensive behavior intervention plans. Her expertise encompasses Discrete Trial Teaching, Pivotal Response Training, Natural Environment Teaching, and Positive Behavior Support Strategies. Arlene’s approach is tailored to boost communication, social, cognitive, adaptive, and self-help skills.
With a wealth of experience across various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments, Arlene conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments and develops targeted behavior intervention plans. She also provides invaluable support to schools by training educators, conducting classroom observations, attending IEP meetings, and creating Positive Behavior Support plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
